scope
1. These General Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts between Viktoria Schmidt, ArtMeets and customers who purchase tickets for events via the website "www.artmeets.de".

ticket purchase and payment
2.1 Customers can purchase tickets for the events offered via the website.
2.2. The purchase price must be paid in full before the event date. Payment is made online using the payment methods offered.
2.3. There is no right to return or exchange the tickets purchased. In the event of an unavoidable cancellation of the event (e.g. illness of the organizer, force majeure), an alternative date will be offered or the event will be held in the form of a voucher for the amount of the purchase price.

In such cases, customers will be informed immediately by email.

events
3.1 The events will take place on the dates and at the locations indicated on the website.
3.2 Customers are obliged to arrive on time for the start of the event.
3.3. A valid ticket is required to participate in the events. Customers without a valid ticket cannot participate in the event.

Photography and Consent
4.1. During the "ArtMeets" event, photos may be taken of the participants.
4.2. By purchasing a ticket, customers agree that photographs may be taken of them during the event and used for advertising purposes on the website and in other media by ArtMeets and relevant photographers.

Disclaimer
5.1 ArtMeets assumes no liability for damage to property or personal injury that occurs during the events.
5.2 Participation in the events is at the customer’s own risk.

data protection
6.1. The personal data collected from customers will be used exclusively for the purpose of processing the ticket purchase and carrying out the events.
6.2. Further information on data protection can be found in our privacy policy.

final provisions
7.1 The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
7.2 Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
